We are in a heat wave here in Cali, and I can feel it. I opened up the windows and door to my room to cool down, and the bugs have now claimed the real estate.
The first day of Kirisame Jump season two was today, and it went smoothly. I am happy to get in a rhythm and start waking up on time. My research direction at MIT has also recently bore some fruit, so today was a satisfying day.
This sketch is of Makima, a stunning character from Chainsaw Man. My buddy mattf had recomennded me read this manga for many months, and one day I just sat down and finished it all in one sitting. I can’t put my tounge on what it is about Makima’s eyes, she always seems like she is staring right into my soul.
